Another Limerick That Was More About Me Trying To Make Something Rhyme With The Town Of Reading Than Any Serious Attempt To Say Anything Of Value. Also It Is Still Not Autobiographical

Once a young man travelled to Reading
He didn’t know where he was heading
He was aiming for Slough
But he won’t go there now
Cos he’s far too late for his wedding

I don’t think we took it autobiographical
To do so would simply be laughable
But I wonder about the sledding
    Around the town of Reading

Sorry… That’s all the further I could get.

You have written a limerick for Reading
And so, all our comments we’re shedding
    Now this post is fine
    But keep haikus in mind
‘Cause it’s those long darn titles we’re dreading
