I agree, but sadly there are no refunds. It’s all covered in paragraph 3 of subsection 2.9 of the user agreement

Unfortunately under paragraph 7 of subsection 3.3 it clearly states that additional copies of the user agreement can only be provided upon receipt of a discretionary fee dictated by the circumstances. As such I will require a further payment of £16,789.43 in order to process your request.

I understand but due to holiday shipping, a clogged toilet, and a general lack of interest, I never received my original copy. I believe you should waive the cost due to these extenuating circumstances

I’m afraid not receiving an original copy is covered in detail in section 18 part J.
